HYGGE! GATHERING​

The Danish concept of Hygge encompasses ideas of fun, homeliness, comfort and joy and is a key strategy for banishing the winter blues . On Sunday 12 January we gathered around a cozy candlelit table to share music, cake, coffee and stories to lift our spirits in the dark months.  Everyone was invited to get comfortable under a warm blanket with some cake and coffee. People shared stories, favourite poems and music as well as free conversation. We also opened with a short guided meditations to calm the mind and body. ​
