Welcome

Welcome, and thank you for visiting the Sevenoaks Unitarians' website.

Please feel free to read more about us on this site, or come in for a visit. We would love to meet you and share with you our quest for spiritual truth and love.

Our Mission

We welcome all who seek the meaning of life.  We welcome all who believe that religion is wider than any one set of opinions.  We seek truth through exploration of all possible truths from all possible sources.  We have respect for all religious traditions coupled with a modern religious outlook that encourages freedom of individual thought and belief.  Our fellowship provides strength and encouragement for development of spiritual connections in daily living.

Weddings

Our 18th Century Meeting House offers a traditional setting for your most sacred celebration.  We are authorised to conduct both male/female weddings, and same-sex weddings.

Services

We meet each Sunday at 10:30am, with Services on the 1st and 3rd Sundays.  We have an alternative spiritual gathering event on the 2nd Sunday, and a structured discussion group on the 4th Sunday.

Unitarianism is an open-minded and individualistic approach to religion that gives scope for a very wide range of beliefs and doubts.

UK Unitarian TV has recently produced a short film in which members of our congregation explain why they like to come here.

To find out more, please come and see us one Sunday, or call or e-mail our Minister, Daniel.

The BBC Website contains an excellent description of our movement.  Click on the link to see it:

YouTube Services

A development during our closure in lockdown was a new series of Services on YouTube.  These are currently issued fortnightly, on the first and third Sundays of the month.  Just click the link below to see the full collection.
